Meals
The Co-op provides nineteen-meals-per-week: breakfast, lunch and dinner (Monday through Friday), brunch and dinner (on Saturday and Sunday). The housing rates (i.e. Room and board) include food and utilities, and are not separated according to individual preference. Meals served during the break periods are at the discretion of the UCHA, and would depend on staff availability. Similarly, any services offered outside of posted regular hours (if any), are a courtesy, and would also depend on staff availability and other considerations.
The Co-op realizes that busy student schedules may not correspond to fixed meal times, so you may arrange for a late dinner if you'll arrive later in the evening after regular dinner hours. Our full-time professional cooks prepare food with student assistance. We offer a vegetarian meal option with each meal and often host international dinners throughout the year. Also, snacks are usually provided during finals week for those late night study munchies. Members are welcome to participate.

Some of the more popular dishes served are: spaghetti and meat balls, pasta, hamburgers, hot dogs, ribs, soups and salads, pizza, lasagna, steamed rice, boiled vegetables, curry, egg rolls, etc. UCHA also serves a variety of cuisines from Asia, Europe and other parts of the world. Parking
The UCHA does offer a limited amount of Parking spots to members. All (parking) assignments are competitive and are issued based on a member's seniority in the organization. As such, new members should expect to obtain parking on campus or park on the streets around the first two quarter's of their residence at the UCHA, until such time as they are able to compete for and obtain a spot.
