HOUSING CONTRIBUTIONS
All prices listed below, are per person, and are for the entire quarter (11 weeks) and include food (19 meals per week). The contribution for each summer session (6 weeks) is approximately one half of a regular quarter's room and board. Members are also required to perform a household chore of 4 hours per week. All rates are subject to the Annual Cost Of Living Adjustment (COLA).
Short-term housing is offered only in the Summer, and is available July 1st through September 1st only.
Short-term rate is as follows: $35/day (minimum stay 10 days). The short-term option is offered only on a space-availability basis.
Long-term housing (also referred to as Regular housing) is offered for members staying a minimum of one quarter (11 weeks) or one session in the summer. All R&B RATES specified below are per individual person.

| * "Pro-rated" means a person will be charged room and board only from the week they officially move in (same price whether you move in on a Monday or a Friday) until the end of that quarter (This is offered only to those moving in mid-quarter). However, if a person moves in on or after Monday of Finals week (i.e. 11th week through break week), then the early check-in fee will be a daily charge of @ $25.00/Day (until the official check-in date) and not a pro-rated charge. The early check-in charge is in addition to the 1st room & board installment of $500.00 (i.e. the Reservation fee).
